Red lentil bread

  • 4 tablespoons flax seeds
  • 3 tablespoons rice flour
  • 1 tablespoon starch
  • 2 tablespoons oat bran
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • salt, turmeric, pumpkin seeds
  • baking soda
Soak 200 g of dry red lentils overnight. In the morning, drain the water and blend it.

Grind flax seeds into flour. Add some water – how much it will absorb. Leave for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, mix the other ingredients, add the seeds and spices to taste. Stir in those flax seeds.

In a preheated 200 degree oven bake for 50 minutes.
