Take a wide bowl with water, take a sheet of rice paper and soak it there for a few seconds. Put on a flat surface, put in the middle: banana, avocado, roasted radish, strawberry, thinly sliced rhubarb, apple (everything the soul wants, but keeping the balance - to have something crunchy, something soft, sour and sweet). Wrap the edges on both sides (so that nothing falls out) and start wrapping in a roll.
At the last stage, put a green leaf - spinach, or sorrel - and roll it the last time. So we just made a masterpiece - green leaves will be our cover - the first thing you see under translucent paper.
(Don't worry if the paper tears or something falls out, experience is important in this case!).
For the halva sauce, combine in a blender: sunflower seeds, honey, vanilla, a little milk (cow's or any plant-based). Or (if you don't have time) just halva from the store and milk. It also can be served with berry paste, honey or yogurt. And with sublimated berries on the top.
